Selected creations that have been added to your Shopping Bag will remain there for the duration of your active session. You may purchase up to five creations during any single online shopping session.

All creations that display an “Add to Shopping Bag” button may be purchased online, made to order.

Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place the product in your Shopping Bag.

When you are ready to finalize your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided through the order process. You may remove products from your Shopping bag by clicking on “Delete.”

To complete your purchase you will need to create an account or log on to your existing account, unless you select the “Guest checkout” option which is available on the website only.

When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the website to place your order.

Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion of security checks by Amarin Jewels, Amarin Jewels will send you an e-mail with your confirmation of Order and Tracking Number.

The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Amarin Jewels and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

If you would like to save creations to consult at a later date, or if you would like to share them with your family and friends, we invite you to create a Wish List.

  1. Amarin Jewels will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge within one week of date of purchase for gold jewelry.
  2. The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
  3. We request that faulty or damaged items are returned to us to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete. And if any changes should be required.
  4. Can my Amarin Jewels be repaired? – Repair depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. We offer a repairs service, though some charges must be paid to Amarin Jewels jewels prior shipping/handling the item back to you. In some circumstances, it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.

If you are not happy with your purchase, kindly email info@amarinjewels.com, or contact us +966 56 1444 719 stating your Order Number, with the piece that you would like to return and we will get back to you to accept your return. The piece of jewelry can be refunded within one (1) day of purchase date. We will be happy to change it within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided you have the original invoice and the item is not used.

Any reutrns requested after 7 days will be offered a credit note of one year. Refund may be accepted within one day of the initial purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refund will be done once the piece is returned to our HQ. We will refund your money via bank transfer under the initial customer account. This may take 7 up to 14 working days. Client will have to provide his account’s IBAN number.

All merchandise returned for exchange must be in unused, perfect, sale-able condition with original sales receipt and packaging. The customer must bring back the complete product, including the packaging, instructions leaflet (with the warranty certificate on the final page) and the product certificate, or it will not be exchanged.

Any specific, custom made designs requested by the clients, cannot be replaced, refunded and/or exchanged.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Our customers are kindly asked to carefully read and apply the care guidelines to ensure the longevity of their exceptional Amarin Jewels products.

In case of damage, we recommend to bring the item back to our store for further evaluation and potential repair in our dedicated workshop.

These repairs could be the customer charge, depending on the outcome of the products evaluation, or any product’s misuse.

The repair procedure may take several weeks, depending on the type of repair. The client will be informed about the repair lead time, and will be done upon his/her approval.

A deposit can be recovered by the customer in the following cases only:

The delay of receiving an order. Orders are made to order, and should be received within four (4) to six (6) weeks from Order Date.

Deposit for any custom-made jewelry upon request are non-refundable.

The piece must be paid in full if specially designed piece(s) are requested.

The amount paid is non-refundable if the specially designed piece(s) are returned. Once custom-made piece(s) requested are done and received by client, piece(s) are non-exchangeable.

The delivery date of order is subjected to change, depending on the courier.
